We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Female Support Worker to assist a female participant with her daily living activities and community participation. This role is essential in promoting independence, wellbeing, and inclusion for individuals in NDIS programs.

Available shifts are :

 

Monday             : 9am - 2 pm 

Tuesday            : 7 am - 9 am 

                             : 2:45 pm - 4:45 pm 

Wednesday     : 9am - 2 pm 

Thursday          : 7 am - 9 am 

                             :  2:45 pm - 4:45 pm 

Friday                 : 7 am - 9 am 

                              :  2:45 pm - 4:45 pm 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with daily personal care and routines as required

  • Support clients in accessing and participating in community activities, social events, or appointments

  • Encourage and promote independence, choice, and dignity in all interactions

  • Provide companionship and emotional support

  • Maintain accurate records and report changes in clients’ conditions or needs

  • Follow individual care plans and ensure services are delivered respectfully and safely

  • Certificate III or IV in Individual Support

  • Valid full Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle

  • Current First Aid & CPR certification

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

 

Desirable:

  • Experience supporting clients with diverse needs in community or home settings

  • Understanding of person-centered care and NDIS frameworks
