In the afternoon  2 hours . This is to help participant come back home from  Burke & Beyond at Dandenong and assist with her personal Care tasks at home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily personal care and routines as required

• Support clients in accessing and participating in community activities , social events usually at  15:10 hrs from 260 Lonsdale Street Service Rd, Dandenong VIC 3175 . https://maps.app.goo.gl/etePYoQcLpGaztom6

• Encourage and promote independence, choice, and dignity in all interactions

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Maintain accurate records and report changes in clients’ conditions or needs

• Follow individual care plans and ensure services are delivered respectfully and safely

• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support

• Valid full Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle

• Current First Aid & CPR certification

• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable:

• Experience supporting clients with diverse needs in community or home settings

• Understanding of person-centered care and NDIS frameworks
