Award wages, Casual loading at 25%, Superannuation at 10.5%, and Payroll tax at 4.85% + Mental health & Wellbeing surcharge.
Work Cover depends on the candidate's industry award rates. There will also be a small placement fee for AuzioCloud employment services. This is charged per hour that the candidate works at and our clients will receive an invoice at the end of each week for all the serviced hours. AuzioCloud handle rostering, payroll, and all of the associated fees.
